Reflecting on Modern Art


If you missed the recent trip to Cleveland, make sure you don't miss our next trip. On Saturday, November 9, we head to Pittburgh for the Carnegie International, an exhibition of contemporary artists from around the world. This is a trienniel exhibition and a great chance to get immersed in current and emerging trends. Carnegie International is coming up in November. All art students are encouraged to attend. What is it?
The Carnegie International is a triennial exhibition featuring contemporary artists from around the world.

When is it?
Saturday, November 9th

Itinerary
7:00am: leave from the art side of the parking lot. Field trip forms must be signed before we leave!
10:00: Arrive in Pittsburgh
10:00 until 1:00 See Carnegie International Exhibition and the Scaife Galleries at the Museum
Lunch at the museum before 1:00
1:00: Regroup and decide what’s next
2:30-3:30 leave for Ashland
5:30-7:00 arrive back in Ashland

What will it cost? 
Admission: $12 with student ID
Gas: $10
Lunch: Bring at least $10
