Road Trip to the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh


Art students are encouraged to join us for a trip to the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh this fall.  See what’s current, what’s thought-provoking, what’s inspiring! We'll be taking in the Carnegie International Exhibition. 

What is it?
The Carnegie International is a triennial exhibition featuring contemporary artists from around the world.  

When is it? 
Saturday, November 9th

Itinerary
7:00am: leave from the art side of the parking lot.  Field trip forms must be signed before we leave!
10:00: Arrive in Pittsburgh
10:00 until 1:00 See Carnegie International Exhibition and the Scaife Galleries at the Museum
Lunch at the museum before 1:00
1:00: Regroup and decide what’s next
2:30-3:30 leave for Ashland
5:30-7:00 arrive back in Ashland

What will it cost? 
Admission: $12 with student ID
Gas: $10
Lunch: Bring at least $10
