Join us next Friday, April 8th at 6pm for a progressive evening of oil paintings, wine pairings, and chef-inspired plated dinner!
Guiding you through a collection of oil paintings exhibited within the walls of Ashland University, you'll observe a myriad of pieces of varying eras while learning about the artists behind the brush. Ashland University houses many famous pieces which have been showcased in locations such as The Louvre in Paris. Take in the beauty of pieces by Jacopo Palma (16th-century Italian Renaissance); Peter Paul Rubens (17th-century Flemish); Francois Drouais (18th-century French); and Thomas Birch (19th-century American.) The tour features Dr. Wendy Schaller, Associate Professor of Art History at Ashland University.
The tour includes heavy hors d'oeuvres, wine pairings at each location, and a gourmet plated dinner. You may make your entree selection at the time of reservation. Transportation will be provided between locations.
