As part of their coursework, Digital Art students keep a blog about their artistic progress and other given art topics. You can follow along with our upper level students and see the progression of their projects during the semester.
Digital Art is taught by Jessica (Maloney) Wascak. Students may take a succession of courses beginning with Art 206 (Digital Art) and proceeding to Digital Art III, IV, and V if desired. The series of courses teach technical and artistic problem-solving using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress, Flash, Macromedia Director, and Dreamweaver.
